Catalase
Besthway catalase is developed by Besthway Technology with modern genetic engineering, microbe (Aspergillus niger) fermentation and advanced post-process technology, which can efficiently catalyze the decomposition of hydrogen peroxide (hydrogen peroxide), so that it is converted into oxygen and water, which can be widely used in textile, paper, electronics, environmental protection and other industries for the removal of hydrogen peroxide, substantial savings in water resources and reduce energy consumption.

Product Functions

  • Textile industry: removal of hydrogen peroxide after bleaching and before dyeing, saving water, energy, and time, without harming fibers and dyes, without polluting the environment and dyes;
  • Paper industry: monitoring and optimization of the amount of hydrogen peroxide in bleaching, degradation of residual hydrogen peroxide at the end of bleaching; increasing the toughness of paper fibers and the quality of paper;
  • Electronics industry: removal of hydrogen peroxide after erosion of germanium and silicon transistors and semiconductor components, saving water, energy, and time;
  • Environmental protection industry: removal of residual hydrogen peroxide in wastewater, reducing environmental pollution and secondary pollution brought about by hydrogen peroxide treatment of sewage;
  • Hydrogen peroxide decomposition in other industries is also applicable.

 
Application Scheme
The optimum dosage is determined by experiments according to different processes and requirements. Refer to Annex I.
 
Package and Storage
Solid Product: 25kg/bag Liquid Product: 30L/barrel
It should be stored under dry, ventilated and protected from light at 25℃, with a shelf life of 18 months for solid product and 12 months for liquid product from the date of production. The shelf life could be extended when refrigerated at 5℃.
 
Note

  • After opening the bag or barrel, it should be tightly tied or the lid tightened to avoid moisture or contamination;
  • Do not inhale. If inhaled, rinse mouth immediately with water for at least 15 minutes;
  • People who are sensitive to enzyme dust should wear one-piece overalls, dust masks and gloves when operating. If contact with skin or eyes occurs, please rinse immediately with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes.

Remarks:
1. Detection method of Catalase activity is Na2S2O3-KI titration (enterprise standard).
2. Using the MERCK Hydrogen peroxide test strips to measure the residual H2O2 of samples: immerse the test strip in the samples and remove it after 1 second, compare it with the standard color card in 15 seconds, processing completed when the reading is zero.
