Product Functions

  • It could hydrolyze polysaccharides such as starch, dextrin, cellulose, etc. to produce more fermentable sugars, thus converting more alcohol and increasing the alcohol yield;
  • It could increase the alcohol concentration in the fermentation broth and reduce the lees water ratio;
  • It could hydrolyze proteins in molasses to produce more free amino nitrogen (FAAN), to promote faster yeast proliferation;
  • It could hydrolyze bacterial cell wall proteins, leading to the natural death of bacteria, thus helping to eliminate contamination by stray bacteria and increase the efficiency of sugar conversion to alcohol, while reducing or eliminating the use of antibiotics;
  • It could help maintain a longer and more stable continuous fermentation process, reducing the frequency of equipment cleaning and saving costs;
  • It could eliminate diacetyl odors from alcohol.

Application Scheme

  • Recommended dosage: 4-6g/T (total fermentation broth)
  • The optimum dosage is determined by experiments according to different processes and requirements.

It should be stored under dry, ventilated and protected from light at 25℃, with a shelf life of 18 months from the date of production. The shelf life could be extended when refrigerated at 5℃.

 

Note

  • After opening the bag or barrel, it should be tightly tied or the lid tightened to avoid moisture or contamination;
  • Do not inhale. If inhaled, rinse mouth immediately with water for at least 15 minutes;
  • People who are sensitive to enzyme dust should wear one-piece overalls, dust masks and gloves when operating. If contact with skin or eyes occurs, please rinse immediately with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes.
