Washing Protease

Besthway Washing Protease is developed by Besthway Technology with modern genetic engineering, microbe fermentation and advanced post-process technology, which consists of different proteases. It can catalyze the hydrolysis of protein and remove protein stains such as milk stains, meat juice, fruit and vegetable juice, blood stains, etc. It has the advantages of high efficiency of reaction, mild conditions, no toxic side effects, etc. It is suitable for washing powder, washing liquid, detergent and other washing and decontamination products.

Product Functions

• It could break down all types of proteins into small peptides and amino acids, which makes them easy to clean;
• It could effectively remove protein stains and improve the washing effect;
• The product performance is stable, and could coexist with a wide range of surfactants and other chemical components for different detergent products.

Application Scheme

• Recommended dosage: 1-3kg/T;
• The optimum dosage is determined by experiments according to different processes and requirements.

Package and Storage

Solid Product: 25kg/bag Liquid Product: 25L/barrel.

It should be stored under dry, ventilated and protected from light at 25℃, with a shelf life of 18 months for solid product and 12 months for liquid product from the date of production. The shelf life could be extended when refrigerated at 5℃.

Note

• After opening the bag or barrel, it should be tightly tied or the lid tightened to avoid moisture or contamination;
• Do not inhale. If inhaled, rinse mouth immediately with water for at least 15 minutes;
• People who are sensitive to enzyme dust should wear one-piece overalls, dust masks and gloves when operating. If contact with skin or eyes occurs, please rinse immediately with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes.

Recommended dosage for linen processing: 1–3 kg per ton of washing liquid, adjusted according to protein stain severity without extra heating energy consumption. Separate storage rules apply for powder and liquid; store in dry, ventilated areas away from sunlight to avoid moisture-induced activity degradation. Conduct small stain tests before daily feeding together with tight storage rules to sustain consistent washing performance and reduce linen rework procedures.
