【INTRODUCTION】
This Alkaline proteinase is a kind of endonuclease. It could hydrolyse the macromolecular protein into polypeptides or unbounded amino acid under the certain lower temperature and a broad pH range, and especially under the alkaline conditions. For its high activity to decompose the protein, it could be used for animal protein hydrolysis for food and feed, heparin sodium, leather depilation, leather softening, silk degumming, enzyme-contatining detergent, etc industries.
