Our dextranase (EC 22.214.171.124) product can hydrolyze beta-glycosides bond chain to glucose polymer. It includes 1,3-1,4-beta-glucanase, 1,3-beta-glucanase, 1,2-1,4-beta-glucanase, 1,4-beta-glucanase and 1,3-1,6-beta-glucanase.
This enzyme make beta-glucanase degrade to low molecular weight fragment and lose hydrophily and viscosity.
It is widely used in manufacture of beer, feed, cane sugar (sucrose), paper-making, plant resistance to fungal diseases etc.
